6.2 Void Bets. turbo6a reserves the right to void a bet under circumstances including: obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, data feed errors, or events declared void by the governing sporting authority. Voided bets are refunded to the Member's account at the original stake amount.
6.3 Sportsbook and Odds. Odds displayed on the turbo6a sportsbook are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Odds accepted at the time of bet placement are the binding odds for that wager. turbo6a operates on a best-price-at-time-of-placement model for standard pre-match markets.
6.4 Maximum Winnings. turbo6a reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per event, per day, or per bet type. 9.3 turbo6a shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational harm, even if turbo6a has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.4 turbo6a is not liable for losses arising from: force majeure events, failure of third-party payment systems, telecommunications failures, or actions of third parties outside turbo6a's reasonable control.
turbo6a collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering for a turbo6a account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Any positive balance remaining on the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method, provided no active bonus wagering requirements, pending verification, or open disputes exist.
